Upcoming Changes to the User Experience
Language Preferences for Knowledge Agent
(Coming in the week of December 8)
We’ve added new language preference controls to help users receive answers in the languages they expect. Until now, responses were based only on automatic language detection, which can be less predictable in everyday use. With this update, users have full control over how the Knowledge Agent replies
If users do not set a language preference, the system will continue working exactly as it does today using automatic language detection. However, users who want more predictable outputs can now select one or more preferred languages in the Aquant AI settings. The Knowledge Agent will then respond only in those languages, improving accuracy for multilingual teams and reducing unexpected language shifts.
This enhancement is available on Aquant AI Web and Aquant AI Mobile.
