Asset Timeline Enrichment
We’ve enhanced the Asset Timeline to provide richer context and make it easier to identify and navigate related records.
With this update, the asset timeline now displays additional identifiers when available, including Part ID for replaced or installed parts and Work Order/Case ID for timeline events. This helps users quickly understand exactly which parts were involved and easily reference the corresponding work order or case in external systems.
This enhancement is available on Aquant AI Web and Aquant AI Mobile.

Using Knowledge Agent Inside Custom Agents
We’ve expanded what’s possible in Aquant Agent Studio by allowing custom agents to directly use the Knowledge Agent as part of their workflows.
With this update, agent builders can now include Aquant’s knowledge capabilities when designing custom agents. This means custom agents can reference existing documentation, troubleshooting content, and curated knowledge as part of their instructions and decision making, without duplicating logic or rebuilding knowledge from scratch.
This makes it easier to create more powerful and consistent agents, combining custom logic with trusted knowledge already available in Aquant.
