Agent Quick Launch

We’ve introduced Agent Quick Launch, a faster and more intuitive way for users to discover and start working with agents. Users can continue to prompt agents freely as they do today, or choose to use Agent Quick Launch when they want a more guided starting point. Rather than relying only on automatic intent detection, Agent Quick Launch provides a clear entry point that shows which agents are available and lets users intentionally choose the right one from the start.

Agent Quick Launch improves visibility and confidence by making it easier to understand what each agent does before interacting with it. This reduces friction, improves predictability, and helps teams get value from both pre built and custom agents more quickly.

With Agent Quick Launch, users can:

  • Discover all available agents in one centralized view, making adoption and demos easier
  • Launch agents intentionally for more predictable and reliable outcomes
  • Get started faster with guided prompts and less typing

Agent builders can control how their agents appear and behave through Aquant Agent Studio, ensuring the experience aligns with their intended use cases and configurations.

Custom Agent Tool Reasoning

We’ve added Agent Tool Reasoning for custom agents, giving users clearer visibility into what custom agents are doing while they work. This applies specifically when an agent is running tools as part of its workflow.

For longer or more complex interactions, users can now see progress updates as agents execute tools, making the experience more transparent and easier to follow.

This helps users understand what’s happening while an agent works, providing real time signals that progress is underway and increasing trust in agent driven workflows.

💡Activation: Available via Aquant Agent Studio. Agent builders can enable step by step progress for tool execution in the Agent Studio settings. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

 

Speech to Text for Asking Questions

We’ve added Speech to Text to make asking questions in Aquant AI faster and more convenient. Users can now speak their questions instead of typing, which is especially helpful in fast paced or hands busy situations.

With this update, a microphone icon is available directly in the “Ask a service question” input. Users can record their question using voice, with a visual indicator showing that recording is active. Once recording stops, the question is automatically sent. Users can also switch to the keyboard view to review or edit the transcribed text before submitting.

Solution Duration in Troubleshooting Agent

We’ve added Solution Duration to the Troubleshooting Agent, helping teams better understand how long a solution typically takes to complete. This makes it easier to set expectations, guide users step by step, and manage time more effectively during troubleshooting interactions.

With this update, solution duration is displayed as part of the solution details, giving users clear visibility into the estimated time required before starting a fix.

This feature is available on Aquant AI Web and Aquant AI Mobile.

💡Activation & Configuration: Solution Duration can be configured via Admin Services. Admins can define the estimated duration for each solution, which will then be shown automatically in the Troubleshooting Agent.

 

Direct CSV File Support

We’ve added support for admins to directly upload CSV files, removing the need to convert CSVs into PDFs before using them in Aquant AI. This simplifies working with structured data and improves the quality of results when CSV files are used as a source.

When expanded from the Sources view, CSV files will now be displayed in a dedicated sheet style viewer. Users can explore and filter CSV data directly.

💡Activation: This feature is automatically available for all users.
