Enhanced Parts Agent with Custom Metadata
We’ve enhanced the Parts Agent to provide richer, more contextual information for technicians and call center teams.
Until now, the Parts Agent displayed core details such as Part ID, description, image, and link. With this update, you can now include additional custom metadata fields from your internal systems, such as related component, legacy Part IDs, and other relevant attributes.
These fields are defined when uploading or importing parts and are displayed directly on the Parts Agent card whenever the agent is triggered, helping teams access more complete part information in one place.
This enhancement is available on Aquant AI Web and Aquant AI Mobile.

Speech to Text Now Available on Mobile
Speech to Text is now available on Aquant AI Mobile, extending the voice input capability previously introduced on web.
Users can tap the microphone icon in the “Ask Aquant” input and speak their question instead of typing. This is especially helpful in fast paced or hands busy environments, allowing technicians to interact with Aquant AI more naturally while on the move.
As on web, once recording stops, the question is automatically sent. Users can also switch to the keyboard view to review or edit the transcribed text before submitting.

Document Finder Agent Now Available on Mobile
The Document Finder Agent is now available on Aquant AI Mobile, extending the smarter document search capabilities previously available on web.
The agent can automatically detect when a user is searching for a document and determine whether to search by filename or by content, then present the most relevant document for review and download.
This makes it faster and easier to locate the right information directly from a mobile device, without needing to phrase queries in a specific way.

Restrict File Upload Types for Custom Agents
We’ve added the ability to define supported file types for file-enabled custom agents, giving builders more control over how agents handle uploaded files.
Agent creators can now specify which file formats an agent supports, and the upload interface will guide users accordingly during Quick Launch interactions. This ensures files align with the agent’s intended use and creates a more streamlined experience from the start.
This feature is available on Aquant AI Web. Mobile support coming soon.
