New Update for Aquant AI Mobile app
We’ve expanded the capabilities of the Aquant AI Mobile App, continuing to bring more of our Agentic AI tools directly to the field. This release introduces new ways for technicians to interact with solutions and access the Parts Agent - now fully available on mobile.
Highlights:
✨ Preview Actions Window in the Troubleshooter Agent
When you long-press a solution card in the Troubleshooter Agent, a preview window appears showing all available actions for that solution, along with the card itself. This helps technicians quickly review and act without extra navigation.
🧩 Parts Images in Troubleshooter Solutions
When part images are uploaded to the Parts Agent, they now automatically appear within the Troubleshooter’s solution cards, providing clearer visual context for each step.
🔩 Parts Agent - Now on Mobile
The Parts Agent, previously available on web, is now accessible from your mobile device. You can now ask part-related questions and receive instant, intelligent answers wherever you are.

Allow File Uploads in Aquant AI Custom Agents (Web only)
We’ve added support for file uploads in Aquant AI Custom Agents on web. Until now, users could only interact with custom agents via text, but many use cases require sharing logs, PDFs, or screenshots to generate accurate and context-rich responses.
With this update, you can now upload files directly within Aquant AI Web, making interactions with custom agents more powerful and flexible.

💡Activation:This feature is currently available to beta customers of the Aquant Agent Studio - please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Smarter Agent Switching with “Rewrite With” (Web only)
We’ve introduced “Rewrite With”, a smarter way to reroute your question to a different agent when the initial response doesn’t fully match your intent.
This new fallback agent trigger gives users control to instantly select another agent - such as the Knowledge Agent, Document Finder, or Parts Agent - without retyping their question.
The existing Regenerate action is now merged into this capability, offering one unified experience for re-running or switching responses.
Supports both built-in agents (Parts, Docs Finder, Knowledge) and custom agents.

Custom Properties for Document Mapping
We’re adding support for custom properties in document mapping. This enhancement allows you to filter and retrieve documents using custom property fields in addition to the model - making searches more precise and relevant.
This update will be rolled out to all users across Aquant AI Web and Aquant AI Mobile, enhancing the search experience with richer filtering and retrieval options.
