Observation Notes in the Troubleshooting Agent

We’ve added support for Observation Notes in Aquant AI. This allows you to attach custom text to an observation or follow-up question in the Troubleshooting Agent, giving users additional context and guidance while working through a flow.

 

 

Asset Timeline – Daily Refresh

The Asset Timeline in Aquant AI can now be refreshed daily, connected directly to your CRM. This ensures you always see the most up-to-date history when starting a chat with an Asset ID.

Data is automatically updated with the latest work orders, corrective actions, and observations, giving you fresher insights and a more complete picture of each asset.

Parts Agent – Technician-Friendly Terms & Display Names

We’ve enhanced the Parts Agent to make it easier for technicians to find and recognize parts.

  • You can now enrich the parts catalog with technician- or customer-friendly terms, ensuring that search results match the way your team actually refers to parts.

  • A new Display Name field has been added, allowing you to show an alternative name alongside the official part ID and description. This makes part details clearer and easier to understand.

Upcoming Changes to the User Experience

Custom Properties for Document Mapping

(Coming in November)

💡 As part of the November release, we’ll be adding support for custom properties in document mapping. This update will be rolled out to all users and will slightly change the search experience, allowing you to filter and retrieve documents using custom properties in addition to model.
