Model-Based Disclaimers | Personalized AI

💡 Requires SF package update V119.

Tailor disclaimers at the model level! Using the same approach as keyword-based disclaimers in the admin services, this update ensures disclaimers dynamically appear based on the subject model, giving you greater precision and control over displayed notices.

How to assign model-based disclaimers

  1. Navigate to: Admin Services → ☰ → SCOP → Disclaimer management.
  2. Select '+ Add disclaimer' on the top right.
  3. Set the toggle to 'Model based'.
  4. Select the applicable model. 
  5. Enter disclaimer text. 
  6. 'Submit'. 

💡 Model-based disclaimers will appear across the Aquant AI platform where applicable (whether consulting Knowledge during a Triage investigation, viewing a PDF source, or using mobile). 

👥 Admin setting required: Admin Services ☰ → SCOP →  ”Display a disclaimer based on model or keywords” → TRUE. 

Beta | Enhanced Visual Processing for Documents

We are exploring a new method of processing source files which will enable Ask Aquant to understand more dynamic documentation including:

  • Scattered text (e.g. flow charts)
  • Schematics
  • Images with annotations
  • Tables
  • Handwriting
  • Graphs

Setup Specific AI Rules

Ensure the system interprets information more accurately by setting up custom rules Aquant AI follows. Examples: 

  1. Model-Specific Context: Some files include details about multiple models. When selecting one, the system applies only the relevant details. Like recognizing whether a model is a gas or electric oven.
  2. Consistent Terminology: The system follows your company’s definitions, preventing mix-ups with external meanings (e.g., "solution" as a fix vs. a liquid mixture).

Technician Notes on Historical Data Page

A new "Resolution Notes" field has been added to the historical data page to display technician notes, providing full context for each case.

Bug fixes

  1. Resolved the issue causing some scanned documents to fail to ingest (OCR issue).
  2. Resolved discrepancy in username display in the Feedback Management and Chat History tables. 
  3. Support larger screen resolutions.
