Ambiguity Resolution

To ensure that users are provided with the most specific responses, we improved the ability of the system to identify when there is ambiguity in a query, and ask follow up questions to identify the most accurate solution.

💡 This feature is configurable through a toggle in Admin Settings.

 

Scan Text in Photo to Ask a Service Question in Mobile

To improve the technician experience, we added an option that enables OCR-based scanning in the “Ask Service Question” field. This allows users to scan error codes directly, reducing manual typing, therefore minimizing typing errors, and improving overall usability.
