What is Aquant's Knowledge Base

The Aquant Knowledge Base is a centralized online library of information containing product release updates, how-to guides, troubleshooting instructions, frequently asked questions, introductory articles, and more. The purpose of the knowledge base is to provide technical information and answers to common questions about Aquant's Service Co-Pilot product suite.

Please note that the Aquant Knowledge Base is only available for current Aquant customers using their business emails and internal users using their aquant.ai email addresses.

How To Access Aquant's Knowledge Base

1. Self Register

Users can self register by clicking on this link https://knowledge.aquant.ai/_hcms/mem/register and filling out the registration form and setting up your password.

  • Password must be at least 8 characters long and include lower and uppercase letters, a number, and a symbol.
  • To access the content please tick the checkbox allowing Aquant to store and process your personal data. More information on security here.

2. Verify Your Email

Next, you will receive an email to verify the email address that you registered with. Once you receive this email, click the button "Verify email address." Once clicked, you'll be redirected to the Aquant Knowledge Base and can start exploring our content.
