Quickly capture and upload service-related videos directly from the mobile app. Whether it’s explaining a work order, demonstrating an issue, or adding technician commentary, everything is just a tap away. Keep your service content rich and up-to-date, even while on the go.

Details

  • Content created by users will first be reviewed before being ingested into the system.
  • Content will be used and managed in the same manner as all other existing content today.

OCR Scanning for Asset ID Field in Troubleshooting Assistant

💡 Requires SF package update V121.2.

We’ve added support for OCR scanning on the standard Asset ID field in the Troubleshooting Assistant, making it faster and easier for technicians to enter Asset IDs accurately in the field.

Details

  • OCR scanning is now supported on the Asset ID field (previously available only for custom fields).
  • Technicians can now scan Asset IDs directly from equipment labels instead of typing or selecting from a list.
  • This works alongside the existing drop-down menu, ensuring scanned IDs are still validated against known Asset IDs for accuracy.

💡  This feature is automatically enabled. 

Ask service questions directly from your CRM link

No SF package install required. 

  • Save time and reduce manual effort: your service question will now be automatically filled in Aquant AI when opened from a CRM link.
  • If the link includes a Work Order or Investigation ID with an existing chat, that conversation will open instead.

Additional enhancements

  • Part identifier logic improvements | The original part table will be shown without reprocessing the parts using AI, reducing loading time.
  • Faster model list loading | Model list on the home page will now load faster and more reliably, with behind-the-scenes improvements delivering a quicker experience.
